    The story

Shilajit seeps out of rock faces in the high Himalaya through the warm months. Ours is collected by hand, then purified the slow way — sun-dried, filtered through cloth, never heat-forced — so the resin stays thick and sticky rather than dry and brittle.

We blend it with ashwagandha root, the pairing Ayurvedic practitioners have used for generations. The taste is earthy and bitter. That is the resin doing its job, not a fault in the jar.

    How to take it

Three steps, about a minute a day. Consistency matters far more than quantity.

    1

    Measure a pea

Scoop roughly 300–500 mg with the spoon in the lid — about the size of a small pea. Stay at the lower end for your first week.

    2

    Dissolve it warm

Stir into warm milk, water or herbal tea until it fully disappears. Warm, never boiling — high heat is hard on the resin.

    3

    Keep it daily

Once a day on an empty stomach, morning or night. Pick one time and stay with it rather than doubling up later.

Store the jar closed, away from direct sun. The resin softens in heat and firms up when cool — both are normal. Use the spoon dry so no water gets into the jar.

From the rock to the jar

Collected in the high Himalaya, purified at low heat, filtered, rested, then packed in small sealed batches.

    What customers say

    ★★★★★

Thick, sticky and properly earthy. Dissolves clean in warm milk with no grit left at the bottom.

Third jar now. The spoon in the lid makes measuring simple, which is the only reason I actually keep it up.

    Ananya S. — Bengaluru
    ★★★★☆

Bitter, yes, but that is shilajit. Arrived sealed and the batch details were printed clearly on the jar.

    Questions, answered

How much should I take in a day?

A pea-sized portion, roughly 300–500 mg, once a day. Start at the lower end for the first week and stay there if it suits you. More is not better with resin.

    When will I notice anything?

Most people stay with it for four to six weeks before judging. It is a daily habit rather than a quick fix, and results differ from person to person.

    Why is it bitter?

Purified resin is naturally bitter and smells strongly of earth and minerals. A sweet or bland product usually means it has been diluted with something else.

Can I take it with milk, tea or coffee?

Warm milk or water is the traditional choice and dissolves it best. Herbal tea works too. Avoid boiling liquid, and avoid mixing it straight into cold water.

    Who should avoid it?

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you take prescription medication or manage a health condition, speak to your doctor before starting. Not for children.

    How is it delivered?

Express delivery across India in sealed, batch-marked packaging. Prepaid orders get an extra 5% off at checkout.
